Yoga has recently been balancing a fine line between fitness world elite and old-school philosophies.  Both of these paths create intimidation for new yoga students, as well as a rise in class pricing.  But why should yoga be intimidating and expensive?  All it takes is your body and your breath — two parts of yourself that you use every day.  Draw more attention to each and you’ll find that yoga isn’t intimidating.  And as for the price, practicing in your own home can be quite economical with the right teachers.

I believe everyone can benefit from a yoga practice, and it should start from a young age.  My focus is on bringing yoga to everyone but particularly students and children of all ages.  This site is meant to be a place for those for whom yoga is either intimidating or too expensive.  I will also always link you to other free or cheap yoga resources on the web.  Thanks to technology, we can expand the reach and breadth of yoga to truly include everyone.

Check out my site, too.

Thanks!  Enjoy yourself,
