More on breathing

Just a quick post!  The more in-tune you are with your breath, the more in-tune you’ll be with your body.  Tara Stiles says the best meditation is just bringing your attention to your breath and I agree.  I meditated on the train yesterday!

    That sounds great. I will try it the next time I am feeling run down and sitting in class 🙂 –> So maybe today… hahaha
